2007-04-11 | MC meeting Palmela, Portugal

At the beginning of March 07 the Magic-Net-Leading-Team met in Palmela, Portugal to discuss further the possibilities and consequences of a final co-production with the participation of all partner-theatres for summer 08. The agreement on a common production under the working-title “FEARS / One day in Europe” – found in October 06 – was the starting point for an intensive 3-days-encounter. After strong discussions about structure, content and schedule the partners decided to go on with the preparation for this final production. They commissioned the English playwright Richard Hurfurd to give a structure-character-proposal. They also agreed on a cluster-production-system which will be finally decided on the Magic-Net-Annual-Meeting in Schwerin, Germany in June 07.
